Month Of Coordination

The big day is approaching, and after having dedicated so much time to planning and perfecting every aspect of your wedding (not to mention money), do you dare leave the execution of these details to chance? We are here to help!

​

What to expect-

30 days-discuss ceremony and reception ideas

14 days-timeline sent to couple for approval

10 days-vendor confirmation and final timeline

Rehearsal-coordinate the rehearsal the day of or before

Wedding Day- I’m your girl! Directing vendors, final decor touches, bouquet tosses, sparkler exits...we will help with anything and everything to ensure you have the amazing day you have been planning for!​​

PRICE: $850​

Staffing

 

Our experienced staff is willing to help wherever help is needed! 

  • Set up and tear down

  • Decor placement and removal

  • Buffet set up and serve, tear down

  • Cake cutting services

  • Charcuterie board set up and display

  • Bussing and trash removal

  • Clean and trash removal for dressing rooms

  • Required venue closing duties

  • And everything in between!

PRICE: $30 per hour

4 hour minimum, 1 staff member for every 50 guests

​

Just need help at the end of the evening?  Trash removal and anything else that needs to be done. 

PRICE: $100

Catering Rentals

Have a favorite restaurant or family member that makes the best food but you need a way to keep it warm and want a professional set up? We can help!

​

  • $30 each-Roll Top and traditional chafers (sterno included)

  • $125 Charcuterie board set up and design (you bring the items)

  • $250 Coffee bar-fresh brewed coffee with a variety of creamers and condiments plus cups, utensils and signage

  • $225 Hot Chocolate Bar- hot chocolate with fun toppings and stir ins, cups, set up and signage

  • $225 Smores Station-milk and dark chocolates, marshmallows and graham crackers with skewers, set up and signage. Can be set up inside as table top or outside utilizing the firepit.​
