·     Elegant bar with 3 stainless steel beverage servers and 2 cocktail tables

·      Buffet, cake, appetizer and gift tables skirted in white with white toppers

·     60’rd tables seat 8, white tablecloths and centerpieces with mirrors

·     Skirted DJ table Our Sound System is available for guests without professional DJ. Our system plays on the patio and is compatible with your laptop or CD’s. Management will connect equipment and offer instruction.  A microphone is available upon request.

·     Plasma TV for DVD slideshow

·     The entire property is handicapped accessible.

>>  

·     Large patio with fans, wrought iron tables and a large fenced shaded area; ideal for bounce houses

·     Skirted sign in table, wooden podium and Fleur de lis portrait easel

·     Bride and Groom’s suites with couches, mini fridges, satellite television and full bathroom with shower.

>>   Chair covers are available for $2.00 per chair for white or $3.00 per chair for black. There is a fee of $2.00 per chair if you are supplying your own chair covers.

GARDENS

Use of the Gardens for Bridal and/or Engagement pictures

>>   White garden chairs.
>>  

·     Choice of 2 arches, wrought iron with greenery or a wooden arch with grapevine, choice of multiple pedestals with ferns, 8 shepherd hooks (to hang pomander balls, lanterns, bows etc…)

>>  

·     Unity table with white cloth.

>>  

·     Sound System compatible with your laptop, cd’s or ipod. Lapel microphone for minister, hand held microphone available on request.

>>  

·     Covered gazebo with fans for music player, singer, pianist, harpist etc…

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

>>  

·     Your package includes a total of 8 hours- 3 hours for set up/photographs, 4 hours for ceremony/reception and 1 hour for clean up. Additional hours are available for $100.00 per hour for your reception, except the 11:00 to 12:00 hour, which is $200.00. All events must start on the hour and be complete by 12:00, including clean up. Additional hours for set up are available for $50.00 per hour.

>>  

·     A one hour rehearsal is included in the package and is usually held on Thursday evenings or Saturday mornings. It is important to be timely; there may be another rehearsal directly after you. Coordination is not included in the package but is offered for a fee by a staff member depending on your needs.

>>  

·     Ice is available, please ask for pricing.

>>  

·     ALL candles (excluding unity) must be enclosed and flame must be at least 1 inch below glass rim
